We really want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our Fab Face Mask so please follow our recommendations on our Sizing & Fit Guide. We cannot accept returns because each mask is CUSTOM MADE from the fabric of your choice and to ensure the safety of everyone involved. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

However, in the unlikely situation, you choose the wrong size, we can create another mask for you at 25% off the original price. In this instance, we must be contacted within 5 days upon receipt of your order through the form below.

Please note: because fabric availability is subject to change we cannot guarantee the availability of the same fabric as your original order.
